Really Creative Ideas Inc. ("Film Venture") provides the "www.filmventure.com" website ("Website") to you under the following terms of service (the "Terms"), which may be updated from time to time. PLEASE READ THE TERMS CAREFULLY AS YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND ANY SUBSEQUENT MODIFICATIONS THERETO.

2. Privacy Policy

By using this Website, you agree to be bound by Film Venture's Privacy Policy.

3. User Registration

In order to access some parts of the Website, you will be required to register with Film Venture pursuant to the terms of the User Registration Agreement. If you are a registered investor or industry user or if you are a visitor to this Website, you agree that you will not use any of the content submitted or uploaded by another registered user without Film Venture's express written permission. Any unauthorized use of such content is a violation of these Terms and may constitute copyright or other intellectual property infringement. 5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  1. email, post, upload or transmit any content that infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or any other proprietary right of any party;
  2. email, post, upload or transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional materials or any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous or invasive of another user's privacy;
  3. forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers, impersonate any other person or entity, including, but not limited to Film Venture's staff or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with another person or entity in order to disguise the origin of any content submitted to the Website;
  4. email, post, upload or transmit any material that contains software viruses or other computer code that is designed to disrupt, disable, interrupt, destroy or otherwise interfere with computer systems;
